- 需於11月30日前啟動第一堂，並由第一天開始計算30天有效期；有效期限不延長，請相應安排課堂

- 預約一經確認，不設退款。如需取消或更改預約時間，必須於原定課堂時間前24小時自行在網上預約系統辦理或通過WhatsApp通知

- 未能在24小時前完成更改或取消手續，將被視為缺席並扣減該堂，且不設退款或補堂

- 課堂二人成班；未能成班會以電郵通知，請自行檢查電郵

- 如因身體不適需取消課堂，必須於開課前通過WhatsApp通知；於課堂當日或翌日出示由香港註冊醫生簽發的當日醫生紙或病假紙證明，可免費轉至另一堂

- 僅適用於從未在Hann Pilates上課的全新客戶；每位客戶可分別購買一次團體課堂Group Class及一次私人課堂Private Class的試堂套票

- 僅限本人使用，不可轉讓或與他人共用；如發現違規，學員將無法參與課堂且不設退款

- 不符合資格使用優惠的學員須補回差價以正價上堂；如拒絕補回差價，學員將無法參與課堂，已付款項亦不設退款

First Trial Offer Restrictions

- Limited to booking five Reformer / Cadillac / Tower Combo / Spine Corrector Classes

- The first class must be started by Nov 30, 2026 and the package is valid for 30 days starting from the first class day. No extension on the expiry date, please schedule your classes accordingly. 

- No refunds are provided once a booking is confirmed. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the class via online booking system or WhatsApp.

- Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will be considered a “no-show”, and the class coupon will be deducted from your package. No refund or make-up class will be offered.

- If you need to cancel due to illness, please notify us via WhatsApp before the class starts. You may reschedule to another class free of charge by submitting a valid medical certificate or sick leave note issued by a registered Hong Kong doctor dated on the day of the class or the following day.

- Classes run with 2+ bookings; if not formed, you will get an email notification - please check your inbox

- Exclusively available to new clients who have never taken a class at Hann Pilates. Each client is entitled to purchase one trial package for a Group Class and one trial package for a Private Class.

- For personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others. If any violation is found, the participant will be unable to attend the class, and no refund will be provided.

- Clients who do not meet the eligibility criteria for the trial offer must pay the price difference to attend the class at the regular rate. If the price difference is not paid, the client will not be able to participate in the class, and no refund will be issued for any payments made.
