標準課堂政策及預約須知
首次試堂優惠使用限制
- 首次試堂優惠僅適用於從未在Hann Pilates上課的全新客戶。每位客戶可分別享有一次團體課堂Group Class及一次私人課堂Private Class的試堂機會。
- 首次試堂優惠僅限本人使用，不可轉讓或與他人共用。如發現違規，客戶將無法參與課堂且不設退款。
- 不符合資格使用優惠的客戶須補回差價以正價上堂。如拒絕補回差價，客戶將無法參與課堂，已付款項亦不設退款。
預約安排
- 建議最少於課堂開始前24小時預約，先到先得，額滿即止。
- 每班開班人數最少為2人。如已預約之課堂因人數不足而被取消，我們會最少於開課前4小時通知。因人數不足而取消的課堂，可以轉到另外一個時間。
- Hann Pilates歡迎男&女同學參與課堂。如您對與男/女同學同堂上課有顧慮，請於預約時告知我們，我們將標記該課堂為「僅限男/女性」。
取消政策
- 預約一經確認，不設退款。如需取消或更改預約時間，必須於原定課堂時間前24小時自行在網上預約系統辦理或通過WhatsApp通知。
- 未能在24小時前完成更改或取消手續，將被視為缺席並扣減該堂，且不設退款或補堂。
- 如因身體不適需取消課堂，必須於開課前通過WhatsApp通知；於課堂當日或翌日出示由香港註冊醫生簽發的當日醫生紙或病假紙證明，可免費轉至另一堂。
課堂套票
- 除特別註明，所有套票(包括試堂或常規套票)須於購買後一個月內啟動，否則將自動生效。
- 套票限期由首次上課日開始計算，除事先申請暫停套票外，套票到期日不設延遲，請自行安排時間完成課堂。已到期的套票(試堂套票或特別註明除外) 可在一個月內購買新套票延續，過後不設補發。詳情請參閱會籍暫停政策及套票續期政策。
- 所有套票不設退款及不得轉讓。
衣著要求
- 請穿著舒適的運動服裝上課，避免穿著牛仔褲或裙子。
- 為學員的安全及衛生考慮，必須穿著防滑襪上課 (如未有攜帶，可在現場購買）。
課堂規則
- 請準時到達課堂，不設補時或退款。
- 如您身體不適或有任何健康問題，請於課堂開始前告知導師，以便調整動作。
- 若您在現有的醫療或傷患情況下接受訓練，需自行承擔風險，Hann Pilates將不對任何受傷承擔責任。
- 課堂期間請遵從導師指示，以確保安全及最佳學習效果。
- 我們可能在課堂期間拍攝照片或影片作宣傳或記錄用途。如您不希望被拍攝，請提前告知。如您需要照片或影片作自我學習用途，請於課後或通過WhatsApp向我們索取。
- 請小心使用及愛護工作室設施及器械。如有損壞，需照價賠償。

Studio Policy & Terms and Conditions
First Trial Offer
- Only applicable to new customers who have never taken a class at Hann Pilates. Each customer is eligible for one trial offer for Group Class and one trial offer for Private Class.
- Strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be shared with others. If any violation is found, the customer will not be allowed to attend the class, and no refund will be provided.
- Customers who are not eligible for the offer must pay the price difference to attend the class at the regular rate. Violation will result in the cancellation of the class without a refund.
Booking Arrangements
- Recommended to book at least 24 hours before the class starts. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A minimum of 2 participants is required for a class to form. If cancelled due to low attendance, notice will be given at least 4 hours prior. Affected booking can be rescheduled to another time.
- Classes are mixed gender by default. To request a "Male or Female Only" class, please inform us at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are provided once a booking is confirmed. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the class via online booking system or WhatsApp.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will be considered a “no-show”, and the class coupon will be deducted from your package. No refund or make-up class will be offered.
- If you need to cancel due to illness, please notify us via WhatsApp before the class starts. You may reschedule to another class free of charge by submitting a valid medical certificate or sick leave note issued by a registered Hong Kong doctor dated on the day of the class or the following day.
Class Packages
- Unless otherwise specified, all class packages (including trial or regular packages) must be activated within one month of purchase; otherwise, they will automatically become effective.
- The package duration starts from the first class day and the expiry date cannot be extended (except for prior applications for package suspension). Please arrange your schedule to complete the classes on time.
- Expired packages (excluding trials or unless specified) can be renewed by purchasing a new package within one month after expiration. After this period, no renewal will be allowed. For details, please refer to the Package Suspension Policy and Package Renewal Policy.
- All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dress Code
- Please wear comfortable sportswear to class. Avoid jeans or skirts.
- For safety and hygiene, non-slip socks must be worn during class (Available for purchase at the studio if you forget yours).
Class Rules
- Please arrive on time for class. No extra time or refund will be provided for late arrivals.
- If you are feeling unwell or have any health concerns, please inform the instructor before the class begins for adjustments.
Hann Pilates is not liable for training with an existing medical condition or injury.
- Please follow the instructor’s guidance during class to ensure safety and optimal learning outcomes.
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional or record-keeping purposes. Inform us in advance if you do not wish to be filmed. You may request media for self-learning after class or via WhatsApp.
- Please use the studio facilities and equipment with care. Any damage caused will require compensation at the market price.
Hann Pilates reserves the final right of interpretation of these terms.
- Individual terms may be adjusted from time to time and subject to official announcements.
